Food & Drink
The Living Room
Relax and unwind in our inviting lounge, located in the lobby. Exquisitely comfortable couches and chairs pepper the naturally lit space. Settle in with a cup of tea in front of the warm fireplace or sip on an original shrub cocktail while taking in the sweeping views of the majestic maple trees.
Here guests can enjoy coffee and tea in the morning, a full menu during dining hours, and cocktails in the evening.
Exceptional cocktails start with exceptional ingredients. We make our bar mixes here at the Inn using fruits and veggies that are as fresh and local as we can get them, and local honey to sweeten.
Shrubs are the stars of many of our original cocktails. Shrubs are a vinegar based drink, revived from the era of the Winter’s Mansion. We take pride in using raw organic apple cider vinegar which we infuse and sweeten with honey. One cannot rush the process, and time is an important ingredient. Our shrubs and infused alcohols take from weeks to months before they are ready for you to enjoy.
Open daily from 4:00 pm – 10:00 pm unless by prior arrangement.
